    Macintosh

    Need someone who knows them.
I got Mac from a friend and I have never used it before. When I turn it on it just show a small icon blinking. Maybe something is wrong with OS.

I googled a little and found the image... Looks like this

I suppose it it older one but can I do something with it?
    Does it have BIOS?
Which one and how to install the OS?

    Thank in advance!

        Hi there!!

That's a MAC G4 and it will only support Leopard as far as I know.. The thing that are blinking is a "map" whit a "?" on then its because its no OS on it or it cant find it..

        Hope that helps you...

Or, it could be set to network boot. Try holding Alt while powering to get a list of available bootable drives.
