hi guys anyone ever had this problem i keep getting this error message when i try and play a video with anything ie,power dvd, media player or nero its says advrcntr2.dll i can't play any vids any help please

thanks for your quick reply i have done this but still error message tried with devilfish nero only trial doesnt fix im downloading 1 of pirate bay do think this will sort it
