    help with laptop problem

i have just done a full factory reset on my dell laptop witch it has done everything i wanted it to do it has wipe memory clean . my only problem is when i turn the lap top on now it tells me to choose a program below which is microsoft vista ? this is a screen i have never seen before and when i press it it take just over 12 and a half minutes to boot up and get to my password page . when i put the password in it running realy slow plus i have put all the drivers that i need for it to .
i am starting to think i should have taken it down to the local computer shop for sorting now

i take it you basically did a factory restore from the restore partition, I assume Vista was what your were running before? Was the laptop running badly before you did the factory restore?
