you muste open your computer. find the battery. disconnecte for 2 min. dont forgot to pull off the power supply .

not work because there is other cip with the password. is not same cip with bios.

try e013fgwea (2nd is a zero)

EDIT : can you also check serial as I think they should be 10 digits
