Press the print screen button on your keyboard. Open a program such as MS paint and paste it in. Save it as a jpeg.

from what it looks like the icons have lost the association with their programs or registry

have you used registry cleaner software recently

have you tried resetting your icon cache?
                      if not

                      heres the fix it link

                      download
                      run it as admin
then when you download your package
and you get options make sure you tick
                      icons and customization
                      other or i dont know
                      select next
and then let it do the work.

also if you are using registry cleaning software some are too intensive in their scans and can remove the wrong thing.

                      use ccleaner
its the number 1 at the moment
and proberly the most safe one around.

                      hope it helps

Do the shortcuts still open the programs? If not, right click one and click properties and check that the "target" path is correct (see my attached screen shot).

If they do open then again right click one and click properties. Click on "change icon", the path to the icon should be the same as the target path and it should show one or more icons to choose from. If not just change to the right path and choose an icon.
