Max ram for Mobile Intel PM965

Hello,
have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A200, which kinda requires upgrade it's memory. Currently i have 3GB in total. I'm thinking to buy 4GB DDR2 SODIMM (200 pin) 667Mhz, but I'm afraid if computer will work with those. What is maximum capability?
There two slots, i found that they are Mobile Intel PM965, and here: http://www.intel.com/Assets/PDF/datasheet/316273.pdf i found that maximum memory support is 4Gb, now I'm not very good on computers, so just wondering is that for two slots or per slot?

Hi there!!

System is capable of recognizing 4GB of memory. However, due to the 32-bit limitation of MS Windows/Mac OS, Operating System can only utilize 3.25GB of the memory when 2GB + 2GB are installed.. Therefore we recommend the configuration of 2GB + 1GB = 3GB for this system.. 64-bit windows would not have this limitation..
