Hi I tried to restore my laptop to factory settings the cd that came with it doesnt work contacted HI-GRADE who basically said the cd wont work and i can buy another for ?30 why give me a cd that isnt gonna work and what do i need to buy to restore it .it is on windows vista dont want hi grade ripping me off for ?30

vista shite, get a copy of windoze 7 on it.
