No Image on my monitor

Hi there friends,i have obtained a TINY pc it is a pent 4 and the o/p system is XP pro, this pc starts up ok ,well every hing is opening and shutting the processor isseams to be doing what it is ment to do,but my monitor is saying no signal,it only had a built in graphics,so i tried to install a radion graphics card and i cant get any thing on the monitor,the monitor works fine with my other pc's.its frustrating as i wanttt to use this as a back up pc.is there any thing you 's can suggest.

can u get into safe mode?f8 key while pc is booting up..

when does it go into no signal when windows starts up or when an application loads?

its either the card or the monitor

try these

installing new drivers (clean install)
changing refresh rate between 60-75 some can not go to 75 so make sure the box where it says only show the allowed ones.
