Did you try removing the ram and trying each stick in turn ?

              THE TRUTH
              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Ok pal, if you have tried the ram and applied new paste (did you get a better cooler?)

Have you overclocked it in any whaY or added any new bits that may require more juice?
If so then I would go for a better PSU but make sure you get a decent modle as a shite one could ~~~~ everything up.

I'd get one of these as they are stable as you like

                    ELT500AWT-ECO - 500W Enermax LibertyECO PSU, 86% Efficiency, 2x PCI-E 6+2P, 5xSATA, 2x12V 38A, PeakPower 550W - Scan.co.uk

                    thats what I have

                    cheers

It could be that your Pram battery is empty, then there can be a lot of problems.

On your motherboard, remove the battery and change it for a new one.

Try to find the red button to make a reset with a paper clip before replacing it.

I hope you can find the problem, sometimes the solution is in front of you.

the heat damage might already goosed your CPU, so no matter how much paste you put on or what fan you use , it wont bring it back to life.

                                Have your motherboard checked out.

make sure all boards are securely in their slots.

Check all fans are working ( even in your power supply ),

memory or video faults should beep when there is an error.
