Just a thought m8. Have you checked the mobo isn't touching any metal and it's sitting on the plastic bumpers. In other words nothing loose causing the mobo to short out ?

I bet it turns out to be something simple. It done my head in when i had this problem. You deffo havent got a virus m8 ?
The sassa worm used to switch of the pc after a few minutes, I knowall AV have fixes for that now but if you checked all hardware etc why dont you try running 2-3 different av's to see if they pick anything up.

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

If you could give us a full list of parts inside, the power supply model. This aint over heating but as stated the over heating could have doent he damagem warped the bpard causing bad connections.
Could be a power issue. If you have 2 hard drives/dvd burners unplug 1, you need to run this pc on its bare minimum, nothing plugged in but the essentials, cpu, ram, video, no usbs if you can help it including keyboard and mouse
Also reset the bios to defaults. Making sure the boot sequence is set.
Also replace any ide/sata leads inside the pc.

As also stated check that the motherboard is mounted correctly.

Just wondering also is there any video out?
