compaq armada 1750 power on password

recently bout a compaq armada 1750 perfect working order but there is a password when power up unabling me to enter bios and unable to load it up

any ideas on ways around it would be greatly appreciated,

I don't know if your model can be done but if you enter wrong password 3 times it should give you an 8 digit number - post that number and I'll try it
