Samsung not detecting screen camera

My Samsung will not detect Digital Live cam camera built in after installing new window 7.

Model Samsung R530 Laptop.

Can any one give me any clue to how I can download this software when lappy will not detect the camera in the Device Manager.

the link is to the manuals and downloads for your laptop which lists a driver for the camera although the driver is down as xp o/s you could try it as its the only one for the camera.
