Dell e6400 System password

Hi, everyone, I was trying to use the finger print software on Dell e6400.

And I would like to switch it off. However, it seems the software automatically set up a System Password for my computer. I can not turn off the pre-authentication and finger print.

As I search from the internet, seems I have to remove the pre-authentication from the F2 menu, by using the System password.

Could any one can help me to give me the System password?

at present only Dell or paid service website
