Help Please With RealPlayer Downloader Picture Problem

When I go to a site and see which ever video clip I see playing ok ,but when I have downloaded it and play it .The video is jerky and juddering ,and not like the video I have just seen playing perfect on the site I have just got it from.

I hope what I have said makes sense, I am using windows xp.

Right click realplayer click properties then compatability then run program in compatability mode then drop down choose xp apply and ok. No expert but you can try this before uninstall and fresh install. It could also be codec problem.
