Is there any way to physically remove ink from "waste ink pad"? Something like turning the whole printer upside down and shake? I don't want to lose gaurantee

Try updating your compression software. Winzip & winrar often do this with older versions

this program is terrible.. it changed my printer name from stylus sx130 to tx121, and I cannot connect my PC with my printer anymore!! How can I fix it? Change my printer to deafult settings???
