    memory advice

i have an old dell OptiPlex SX280 and need to put some memory in it so i can run linux it only has 256mb
i have run the crucial scanner and it says
    Memory Type: DDR2 PC2-5300, DDR2 (non-ECC)
    Maximum Memory: 4GB
    Slots: 2
Each memory slot can hold DDR2 PC2-5300 with a maximum of 2GB per slot.*

    would this memory work

    2GB Exceleram Value Series (1x2GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C5 800MHz

    2GB Exceleram Value Series (1x2GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C5 800MHz - E20101A - Aria PC
