up date software on satellite

keep trying to update software on my sat receiver, its just keep telling me to unplug STB , then plug back in.
just can not seem toget it at all , help please

Try the sat section m8 you may have more luck welcome to the forum ....................

It may also be advantageous if you tell us which receiver.............
