    dear
    i have window XP 32 bit ,newly purchased dental intraoral camera though ebay from china,the software and the driver were installed successfuly ,but when i open the software (camera program) this message appear;
    (selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system), i need your help to solve this problem , because i can not use the camera.

    means your camera does not support the system you are using ie windows xp you will need either vista or windows 7 m8

      the camera support window XP 32bit / window vista 32bit and window 7 32bit (according to the its specification)

        Try installing the Chinese language pack into windows from the windows cd..
        control pannel > Reginal language> language> install East language

            i will try to install chinese language and install direct x , window XP CD is not with me at the time being , and i will give you the feedback .
