Please wait while windows configures document viewer

Hi All,

Im having a problem with pc, I keep getting a pop up saying " Please wait while windows configures document viewer " a prog tries to install but then says info im looking for is on a disc.

I thought at first it was MS Office but after a bit of reserch I think it has something to do with HP Printer i have.

The last time it happend I put in the driver disc supplied with printer but no joy.

Help much appreciated as this is driving me nuts now.

what you need to do is to downlaod snapshot viewer from windows update page..

Microsoft Snapshot Viewer is available in download center

it says it's for access but don't worry it wil work..
