laptop crashes every time i try to play mmrpg
ive downloaded wow and lotro and whenever i try to open either of them my screen goes blank and i have to reboot my laptop. i had it checked for any hardware that may be defective but the person i had check it said it was fine hardware wise. so is there anyway that anyone knows of that maybe its software and if so how would i go about fixing that?

on the start of any games these days ther should be a menu u can access to change options such as screen reslutions and graphic detail
turn all this down & try loading
if u havent got a menu before lauching the game i suggest try updating the graphics driver -
