No sure if its correct forum but i have above connected to a sat reciver worked ok 2days ago but nothing now its mains powered then connected to usb, i've tried connectin it to a pc &with a diffrent power lead still nothin all advice welcome cheers!!

Take the drive out of the caddy, if possible. Plug it into a pc & see if it's recognised.

It could just be the Sata/USB bridge that's gone kaput.
