I cannot find a restore CD availbale online but you could reload with a fresh version of XP, try the Black versions avilable in the software section as they are stripped down and more efficent with memory.
Then for drivers download your manufacturers driver dc for that lappy form here Application - All your drivers on one CD! - 6996290301 - Downloads - EASYNOTE F7305 - PA01100001 - EasyNote F7 series - platform_Titan_P - Notebook
it says that the service is only availabale for french and dutch users but its a worth a try not you could just get these drivers, XP will probably know what most of your drivers are anyway... http://support.packardbell.com/uk/it...1100001&t=2007
If you need to know what the devices are so you can print it and also make a driver Cd before download then you could try this http://www.belarc.com/free_download.htmlLast edited by caveman_nige; 8 March, 2009, 16:52.Comment

i have the same problem, my laptop is an acer 4100.
i have no recovery discs for it. windows is corrupted so wont start up, and also the e recovery will load from pressing alt+f10 but gets stuck and wont go any further. i have found two places to get recovery cd's from but you have to pay for them and i have no bank account, if anyone has the discs or knows where i can download any from i would be greatly appreciated.Comment

Why not just follow cave_nige advice and re-install it fresh. You should be able to download the drivers from the Acer site.i have the same problem, my laptop is an acer 4100.

the boot sequence definitely has cd-rom as the first option.
