    Burn 6.42GB iso problem

Hi I posted this earlier but it seems to have disappeared so please forgive me if appears twice.
I have downloaded a PC game from a newsgroup which comes up as a 6.42gb iso. I have mounted this on to a virtual drive and installed it on my computer, but it will not play as it keeps asking for me to insert the dvd. Is there anyway this 6.42gb file can be burned to a normal dvd. Or is there some other way this can be overcome?

You can burn it to a dual layer DVD, have not done this myself though (never needed to) .. you can fit 8.54Gb on a single sided dual layered disc.. Obviously your burner will have to be able to handle this, most sold in the last three years will..

As its a downloaded game there should be a crack dir on the disc.
You will need to copy that over to the instal dir on the pc.

Or could be the yasu method but never really played with that.

the game will have some kind of anti-piracy protection to stop you from using mounted images. There are many tools to workaround these but will need to know what kind of protection it has to know which to use, if it's even possible.

Try looking at the site you downloaded it from to see if anyone mentions one there.

You can download lots of workaround tools there, but the wrong one will be useless so we need to know what the game is to know which protection we need to bypass
