    epsom printer sx435w (new) no blue

    hello,

    can anyone shed some light on my problem please.ive got a new printer,epson....had other models in the past....so ive got this printer,ive bought some inks from the bay(not originals)and its all good,but theres no blue....the ink levels are going down etc,but still no blue,

    ive trid aligning the,cleaning the nozzles,but no blue..do you think it may be the ink cartriges not beeing genuine ones..

    My first though would be... Have you removed the pull tape from the air hole at the top of the cartridge?

    A member of my retarded family did this a while ago. Everything looked fine, but missing colours.

      always use genuine inks first
      then if problem take machine
      back or for repair
      then switch to non genuine

        thanks for the replys,ive taken the tape off,and its fitted all ok....ive checked the obv stuff.


        but whats a bit weird,is my old printer went the same way....blue stopped working.i tried alsorts..


        so decided to get another printer,and bought some more inks from ebay from a different supplier,and ....ive got the same problem...weird

          Remove all the printer drivers & reinstall.

          Reset all your software that sends jobs to the printer.

            your blue will be blocked
            get genuine first
            if not work send to epson
            for free repair if underwarrenty
