BIOS service tags are xxxxxxx-595B and should be on a sticker somewhere on the base of the laptop

HDD are xxxxxxxxxxx-595B this one can contain asterisks ** this pops up on the computer screen when requiired

The password I gave was the master password to allow you to enter BIOS settings
