laptop bios problem

can some one help ?i hve got an acer laptop,when i start it up the windows come up when you run on safe mode ,then all i get are error numbers. then when i go into advanced start up mode i get the log in window .but it allways goes back to bios error.can some one help with this problem.

it wont let me log in

so when you switch the laptop on, it starts to load windows and you get to the log in screen?

I need to know the excact error/problem to help you out.
