pc cutting off

hi all i got a problem with my computer,i could be on it hours or maybe 30 minutes then all of a sudden it will just turn to a blue screen with loads of writing,sometimes it will restart itself. ive cleaned the fans and everything inside the tower and it still does the same. any suggestions would be gratefull...thanks. oh p.s its running windows 7.

Turn off auto restart from system properties. Write the stop code down. Unfortunately blue screens of death bsod were usually hardware related. From bad sata lead to memory . You just have to find the problem
