Ibm T30 bios password

I have IBM T30 with locked bios.
Original eprom is defective i have new one but its empty...
Please if someone have new bin for this laptop...

locate the eeprom maybe under the keyboard , bios password stored in the eeprom .

yes,but my problem is that i can not read my original eprom because is defective
I have new eprom and therefore i need bin
