Hotmail an Gmail recover password help

Hi, last Sunday someone broke into my pc and changed my hotmail and gmail passwords. Email's are very important to me, I get informa??oes college and work with documents that have to recover and customer contacts very important. I have tried by every means to recover and sent to the email's hotmail and google me trying to solve the problem but it seems that all changed in the accounts. Please, I do not want anyone Hakear really need help with this situation. Regards

go to login at hotmail and click under the password the cant access ur account and then select reset password

i think this will then reset ur password and send it to a different email account of ur choice

Hi, this not work, i have ho option at the menu bar and my hotmail acount if send any passwor is for the gmail acount....so i?m in big trouble, somebody pleaseeeee!!!

tried and not work because they chenge the phone number to hotmail send the single code....i?m in big trouble!!!
