    Start up problem

    Dell computer startup blank screen and the message is. Nosync and the dell log help needed in bigway. Charlie

      pop the bios battery out for 30 seconds and try again
      or u might need a new battery

              could be graphics prob, see if connections are okay between pc and monitor, try a different monitor check graphics card if fitted.

                  Check RAM

                  If the RAM has a problem it will not boot (lights are on but no one home) and as said before Bad video card or connection will give that error.
