      Unplug Charger, remove all Batterys (Main and CMOS). Short across the + and the - of the CMOS battery holder, count to 3 and remove jumper. Put everything back. Start, go right into the BIOS, set time and save. Be happy.

          Can someone tell what bios cip stands here in this motherboard ?
          motherboard is
          model: BREMEN -UL
          laptop is the same as in this tread
