PC keeps crashing/freezing Please Help***

just dowloaded the latest bios

if I put anything other that a 2gb stick in the right hand slot it works always, as soon as I put the 4GB in there or anything else in the left hand slot it freezes

a year max and the spec is pretty good to be honest

it literally freezes mouse dont work num lock light wont turn off or on anymore it just freezes

it only works in the left hand slot with a 2GB stick anything else put in the motherboard and it freezes quickly

A quick search reveals that your motherboard requires a 600w power supply.
Also its a bit choosy about ram modules. I think it likes ddr3 1066mhz if it likes ddr3 at all.
Any other ddr3 ram, like ddr3 1333mhz probably requires tweaking in the bios. Dont ask me how....u could just do a quick 5 min search like I just did for you.
Maybe u have the incorrect ram for this board.

Also if your mouse freezes but u can still scroll menus using the keyboard it may be your usb/serial port that is faulty or u may need to update the mouse drivers.

i bought the 1333 how would I change it in the BIOS mate?

Flash BIOS

You can Flash the BIOS if they have an update for the one that's already installed. Go to the driver update site and check for a newer version. Look in "System Info" for version number your running now.
