windows 7 on Dell gx620 problems

looking for help with installing windows 7 on a dell gx620 i have updated bios and tried various drivers problem is compute boots ok but when trying to click on a folder or program computer crashes and reboots to run in safe mode or start windows normally

any advice with this issue very welcome

try to take out the bios battery for a while and then place it back. maybe this would help.

Does it work ok in safemode? IF so, use safemode with networking and try using windows update to update everything on the list. Also is it a legal copy or are you using some sort of loader?
