    bios problem

    does any body know how to fix a bios problem.

        reset the bios password?

        open up your pc, look for the battery and either remove it or short the jumper that shold be near it, then replace.

          to someone who aint got a cluse that could be a few jumers

          it will say CMOS just move it to the other pin on the oposite side that its on now leave a few seconds then move it back

            Or google the manual for the motherboard and it will show you where the jumper and battery is located also tell you how to reset but thats already posted

              dont get too complicated, unless its a ThinkBook, removing the battery will do.

              Firemouth rules for life.
              If it aint broke, don't fix it!
              If its broke, fix it and use it again!
              If it proper broke, use it for something else!

                Ok erm, Genuine question.. is it a Desktop or Laptop you need to reset the password on?
