3 xp o/s on my pc

i have 3 xp o/s on my pc and two of them don't work, so i want to take out the two that don't but i'm a bit lost as what to do.
when i start the comp it wants to start up on one of the ones that won't work if i could change it to the one that will work that would be fine.
can any one help me please.

Edit boot.ini file with notepad, change timeout value to 0,and default OS value to this one which is working properly.
boot.ini is hidden by default, you should first change hidden file visibility settings in explorer options.
you can find boot.ini in the root of first hard disk partition.
