PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK CF-19 BIOS LOCKED

I have been serching for some time for someone/something to help unlock the bios on a panasonic toughboock cf-18. i have serched all over with no lucki have found people on ebay with access to unlock codes for the cf-29 but not the cf- 18. i have 7 of them that are repaired but are bios locked, if any one can or knows were i can get the info for this would be great
