Geforce GE520 drivers

nanyone know a link for the drivers for this graffic card?? my son lost the cd!! also if anyone could advise me?? i have relaced 2 512mb rams with 2x2gb ram but it will only show 2.5 gb its not the Ram as i have had it relaced nor is it the slots. Running windows 7 64bit on a pen4. is there a setting in the bios i need to change??

Go to World's Fastest Graphics Cards, GPUs, and Video Cards | GeForce for the geforce 500 series drivers 310.90 or get them from Nvidia.com
as for the memory, check with the motherboard mfg's site for the manual for the board. ther may be a Bios update for this issue.
is it showing 2.5 gig in the bios or from windows, I also found this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978610
Google "4g ram shows 2.5g" lots of information
