txt file recovery

i had my passwords emails etc saved in a notepad txt file on desk top
but i reinstalled windows and formatted hd ,,i forgot to move the txt file to external hdd ,,is there a way i can recover it
have tried using easus daTA RECOVER but cant seem to find it ..

Run this and give it it a go m8 it may work its got me out trouble more than once...................
