what have i done?

im on my net book and ive obv pressed buttons to make the pages easier to read etc. ie the text is bigger. ive tried loads of buttons and i cant make the damn thing smaller (no jokes please). i cant play some games in the arcade as i need to scroll over to see the full game etc

Hold the CTRL key and roll the wheel on your mouse.

If you're not using a mouse, try something like Edit > Text Size.
