Dell Latitude D630 BIOS administrator password

I have the same problem on D630 Laptop, need BIOS Administrator Master password and 2nd need HD master password, service tage is CJS4S1S-595B, please help me and send me ASAP.

HDD requires 11 characters before -595B

Suffix 3A5B is too new for our calcs at present only Dell and paid service websites can do them
