claro virus

hi there, my laptop is infected with this claro seaerch engine virus thing, evry time i open a new tab this claro thing opens up,i cant delete it in control panel and i have done all the manual changes as in making google my default page and all that stuff, i have also done a full scan with malwarebytes but that didnt pick it up, is there any easy way of shifting this or some program i could run to get rid of it....

any help appreciated....OZ
