I gift this printer to my father, but he had the printer closed for six month or more. Then, injectors have failled and dried. I could clean color injectors with alcohol exopropilen and methilic but the black injector doesn't print well, only in superior quality and he waste a lot of ink. It's possible I clean better black injector with other system. Thank you.

Try using the software to clean the heads, I had similar problem with my SX515 it took 14 sheets of paper before the black would work.

Try soaking the black print head in IPA or any other cleaning alcohol overnight.

Then run the clean print head program.

I had a similar issue some years ago. I never managed to unblock the black jets.

I use sponge under print head soaked I ipa, if the heads are totally blocked you cant usually inject fluid into heads
