In what way do you need help? Any error? Flashing lights? a bit more detail would go far.

If your problem is that you have changed the ink and they are still showing as empty ... power off your printer for a good half a hour and unplug the power cord.

When you power back on service should be resumed as normal.

Why is beyond me, however. Have you replaced the waste ink pads? You really should do that first.

You can also use the control paler to reset the counter. Timing is the key to success when you reset the counter using the control panel so keep that in mind. To reset the protection counter using the control panel (front panel):

Step 1.Turn the power on while holding the following buttons down. Paper feed, cleaning button. (the paper out light will flash for 3 seconds)
Step 2.While the paper out light is still flashing press the cleaning button for 10 seconds. The following leds will flash in sequence Ink out lights black and color, Paper out light. Once the printer starts to initilize the counter should be reset. This will reset the protection counter.

                  Not my instructions, but HTH.
