I calculated it using suffix -595B if you can see different then post it
if there is no suffix following your tab and the -595B doesn't work then generally your model cannot be calculated with our calculators

the pass was also for the BIOS which is the admin pass also providing admin pass hasn't been changed by user

I don't know what you mean by suffis - 595B. My laptop was working the other day, when I went into the BIOS and done a reset, after I restarted, it now comes up asking for the system password as soon as I switch it on .. I never changed any password settings in the BIOS so I don't know whats happened.

serial tags are followed by a suffix
there are 3 different suffixes that we can calculate
for your tag they would be
                btvbjng6
                c7k6b547
0hljV9SIB2hbkmKz 1st is a zero and note changes from lower to upper case

if none of these work then your model cannot be calculated from tag

                  Hello,
Please specify if the password is being required on the boot menu (BIOS password) or the Admin User during windows load.
If the first case pelase follow this link How to clear an unknown BIOS or CMOS password.

if it is second then it is easy to bypass it with Hiren's boot Cd 10 or above

Its definitely the boot password as I cant even get into BIOS without having to put the password in. I have opened it up, removed the CMOS battery for half an hour but when I put it back in its still the same. Non of the passwords work on it. Looks like its going to have to be put on fleebay as faulty.

Thanks for all your help guys
