Hi, Sorry that password does not work.
The alpha characters in the error code are uppercase, does this matter.?
      Error code 63YY5D1-595B

yes it matters but I know its upper case
master password is still 48hczvrs and this must be typed in as given in lower case
also try Ctrl + Enter after inputting password

Hi smoggy, thanks for your effort, it still comes back and says the password is invalid, so I guess I'll see if I can find another way to clear the system.
          Cheers!

password is master password to get into BIOS setting

if your laptop is one of the very latest it could be 2nd generation of suffix -595B which cannot be calculated by our calcs
however if laptop is not new the password should work
password is for qwerty type keyboard
you could also try a plug in or usb keyboard just in case one of the keys are playing up

You can try Dell Boot Disk

This boot disc resets Dell Bios to default erasing all admin and protection passwords saved by the bios. Very useful if you purchased any Dell laptop of EBay which still has ADMIN locked. No need to open and short out pin on your laptop MB.
This is what DELL uses to fix there own systems.
Easy to use boot disk! Just burn ISO to disk.

              Dell_Boot_ISO.rar (778,46 KB) - uploaded.net

              Hope this helps
