Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 Problem

Please could somebody help.Just purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (great software),but when i do a full system scan it picks up a lot of known problems.Please could someone tell me how to get rid of these problems,it is not giving me the option to disinfect them or quarantine them.

On the scan screen do you have select action automatically set on threat detection?

yes its set for select action auto

that will be why you dont the options on what to do as it will do it automaticly

I have moved the thread in here as the software section is more inclined towards download links etc.

And as Krazy has said that's why you don't get the option.
