Hi went into my mail but it shows working off line, click it and the red cross goes then a box opens asking if I want to go on line click yes but as soon as I try to send a message it's back. How do I get back on line please

If it's a laptop check that your time & date are set correctly, on my laptop they get reset when the battery is removed, which in the past has stopped me from logging into my e-mail.Comment
