Once you start getting spam mail it is very hard to control.

All you can do is keep reporting the email everytime before deleting it.

Also on some there is unsubscribe tabs at the bottom of the email..

Unsubscribe to as many as you can as most spam is passed on through each others.

Just be warned that if it's real spam rather than a mail shot from a reputable company and you use the "Unsubscribe" link, the sender will know that you're a "live" email address and your spam problems could easily get much worse.
"Live" email addresses are worth more than possibles in the spam universe.

I suggest that you invest in a spam filter for your email client if the problem continues to get you down.

It doesn't stop them being sent, but you zap them prior to them even getting on to your computer.

by far the best advice on this entire thread. unsubscribing from Spam Emails only gets you more Spam Emails!!!!!!!!!!

try SPAMfighter PRO, its free, and was recommended as the best free anti spam program recently. though this was, admittedly, in the US.
