Help! I have my daughters Inspiron Mini 10 System disabled 12218. the service tag is gd52mk1. She doesn't remember password. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks the first one worked but for some reason it locked out again and gave me a disabled code 00448 and service tag gd52mk1. Any idea why that happened?
