Pc blocking access to security cameras

For some reason my newish pc is blocking access to my cameras from outside my home network.

No issues on old pc ( dead) but can't connect on this one.

Settings are identical,
Port forwarding setup correct,
Windows firewall setup correctly
Software reinstalled
Dyndns ok

No probs over wifi on home network.


Any ideas as I'm out of them now.
